Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes. 1 hour with no commitment. We analyse your situation and share our technical assessment. If your project is not the right fit, we will tell you honestly and can point you in the right direction.
What types of projects do you work on?
Commercial buildings (offices, retail, hotels), industrial and logistics, public buildings, healthcare, and premium residential. New-build and renovation. From 500 m² to tens of thousands of m².
Do you only work in Belgium?
No. Our teams operate in Belgium, France (mainly Paris and the north) and Morocco (Casablanca / Rabat). International projects are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Can you take over a project that is already under way?
Yes. We can step in at any stage — independent technical review, assessment of existing drawings, coordination recovery. A prior diagnostic scopes the intervention.
Do you work with architects and control bodies?
Always. We coordinate with your architect from the concept stage and manage interfaces with control bodies (Seco, Bureau Veritas, Apave, etc.) and certification organisations.
How quickly can you start?
After signing, we can typically start within 1 to 2 weeks. The initial consultation can usually be scheduled within 48 to 72 hours.
Do you offer partial services (audit only, design only)?
Yes. Every project is scoped to your needs. You can commission us for an energy audit only, MEP studies only, or a full turnkey service.
